We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return a product to us then you should do this within 14 calendar days of having received them.
To return an item you should notify us before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the day on which they were received by writing to email@example.com quoting the order reference, the item and the reason for return. We will then contact you and provide details of our returns procedure. The product must not have been used, should be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. You will be responsible for the return of goods and a credit for the product, excluding any associated postage or carriage costs, will be issued only once they have been fully inspected and passed as in a realeable condition.
Where goods were correctly supplied, unused and returned to us, UK Kitchens & Bathrooms will retain up to 25% of the purchase price to cover collection, transportation and/or re-stocking costs.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns and therefore recommend the customer uses an insured courier.
Non-standard or special products, including made to order kitchen and bathroom furniture, cannot be accepted for return.
Damaged or Faulty Product
Every effort is taken to ensure that our products are well packaged and carefully delivered to you by specifically selected couriers. We would please ask that you check your products at the time of delivery to ensure that there are no signs of damage. Should any damage be found then you should not accept delivery of the item and advise us straight away by telephone on 01590 646 746 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can take immediate corrective action.
In the unlikely event that any damage or fault is found within a 48 hour period following delivery, you must contact us immediately by phone or email. We will then make arrangements to collect the product and despatch a replacement to you as quickly as we can.
We cannot be held responsible for product that, following safe delivery, has been mishandled or incorrectly stored or installed.
Installed products are covered by the manufacturer’s parts and labour guarantees. Product guarantees should be completed and registered immediately upon receipt. If an appliance or other product develops a fault then you should contact the relevant manufacturer and provide them with the required proof of purchase and product details. Subject to the terms of their guarantee, the manufacturer will then make the relevant arrangements to repair or replace the product.
Please allow us up to 30 days to raise a credit for your returned goods. Credits are normally made via the same method that payment was originally effected. UK Kitchens & Bathrooms.
