Once your order is placed we will issue you with a receipt acknowledgement.

We will then process your requirements and get in touch with you to confirm the anticipated date of delivery.

Many items can be scheduled for immediate despatch while others, for example made to order kitchen or bathroom units, may be subject to a manufacture lead time. In these cases we will contact you to discuss the details and agree a preferred delivery date.

The transportation of many products can be tracked automatically and, once your order has been processed, we will convey these details to you so that you can follow progress easily and at your own convenience.
